RUBIS uses different standards:

SEPA standards, for SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT)
SEPAmail-messaging service standards, for interbank exchanges of the payment requests and directory flows
SEPAmail standards to identify actors by using the QXBAN
Bank standards to identify actors by using the IBAN
SEPAmail-RUBIS standards for the data organisation in the interbank context
SEPAmail-RUBIS standards to organise the data in the bank-customer relationship. Although the bank-customer relationship is the competitive space, SEPAmail-RUBIS defines a standard mainly for the usage of companies in order to avoid their systems evolution in case they change bank.

The following standards are used:

SEPAmail - RUBIS ActivationRequest for the initial request and the transmission by the creditor bank
SEPAmail - RUBIS ActivationReport for the confirmation by the creditor bank
PACS 008 if the credit transfer is achieved
